Eventric's calendar subscription works. Here's what happens in practice.
You need to log in to Master Tour on a desktop browser, navigate to the calendar export, copy the URL, and paste it into your calendar app. Not something you do from the van.
Venue names show up as plain text. There’s no address in the location field, so you don’t get map pins, Siri suggestions, or one-tap navigation. TourSync puts the venue address in the proper field so it maps automatically.
The subscribe link has your API key baked in. Even if you share it anyway, every person gets the identical calendar with every hotel, every schedule item, every note. There’s no way to give your wife hotel info without also giving her your full rider. TourSync gives each person their own link showing only what you want them to see.
The calendar feed is tied to your TM’s Eventric credentials. When they rotate their password, which most companies require, your calendar goes blank with no warning. TourSync uses API keys that survive password changes.
